I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel near the lake. The setting was absolutely gorgeous, with the old factory complex beautifully restored. The spacious and clean rooms were carefully furnished, and I loved the unique designs throughout. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was of excellent quality. This place truly exceeded my expectations for a Swedish hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Almost 100%, it took almost took 10 minutes until I could check-out. The hotell is great, the food is great. The problem is that the management doesn´t understand that customers get mad when they have to wait more the 10 minutes to check-in or check-out. I saw 4 persons working during the 10 minutes, only bother to help me and called for service.

It was a wonderful place at a really good price. Affordable and close to Gothenburg. The location was lovely and both service and standard was really high!

During our stay the airconditioning was dripping everywhere and made table and parts of the floor wet.

Nothing to dislike.

A very special hotel in a stunning location on the lake and a beautifully designed place inside and outside. The moment you arrive you relax.

In Tollered are no shops, restaurants, cafes. Gothenborg is close by but a bit difficult to get there and arround not travelling by car. A hotel shuttle service to/from Gothenborg would make a huge difference

The views were amazing. It was such an easy, scenic, and quick drive from the airport. The food was very good in restaurant. But the main thing for me was that staff were so helpful. I needed to have a few things printed out, and they gladly did it for free. It was easy to communicate in English. Breakfast was top notch. You can borrow boats and go out on the lake. I only wish it was closer so I could go back. If Gotenburg was an easy flight from my home town, I'd try to come here one weekend every year as a perfect getaway.

Nothing, this is probably the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Spacious and clean rooms are a great first impression! the cherry on the cake is the quality of the breakfast buffet. the mountain view is spectacular, and the easy access to public transport is a plus. If you want to escape the city and breathe fresh air, this is the place to be. An added bonus is the sauna overlooking the lake, a fantastic way to relax and unwind.

The staff needs to be more attentive to diners' needs. Several times, our requests for wine pairing with the menu went unheeded, despite the waiter's polite assurances.

This hotel has a stunning location, being situated by the lakeside which provides beautiful views of the surrounding area. the rooms are well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a smart TV and a minibar. the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of food options available. the hotel also offers a beautiful pool and sauna area to relax in, making it perfect for a weekend break in a beautiful area.

Some parts of the hotel are in need of maintenance, such as the cleanliness of the pool area.

We had an incredible stay on the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent - we especially enjoyed the spa and biking to nearby villages. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the staff were very helpful.

This lakeside resort was a great choice for a city escape. The huge rooms with high ceilings and views on the lake were amazing. We enjoyed the free bike rentals and cycled to nearby villages. The breakfast was exceptional and the bar in the spacious lobby, perfect for a late evening get-together.

The clear glass-walls for the in-room bathrooms made us feel a little awkward as we were traveling with friends. Also, the beds were too soft for our liking. Finally, the location was near a busy highway and the noise level was not ideal.
